Website privacy

A simple website privacy notice.

Learn what the static RapidRFQ commercial website collects, how email inquiries are handled, and how this public-site notice differs from a shop installation.

Public-site boundary

Marketing traffic and shop data are different systems.

01

Public site

The marketing pages are static and do not need access to the estimator database.

02

Email contact

Commercial inquiries are sent directly to inquiries@hiperfusion.com.

03

Product data

Customer RFQ data in a RapidRFQ installation is governed by that installation and its operator, not this public notice.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact Hiperfusion by email, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to include. We use it to respond, assess fit, prepare a proposal, and maintain business correspondence.

Do not send confidential manufacturing files until an appropriate evaluation and data-handling arrangement is in place.

02 / 02

Public-site operation

This static commercial site does not currently include advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, or a public web form that writes inquiries into RapidRFQ.

Server operators may retain ordinary security and access logs. Search-engine indexing and any browser or email service you use are governed by those providers and your settings. This notice should be updated if analytics, forms, or additional processing are introduced.

Straight answers

Questions about this public-site notice.

Does the site use advertising trackers?

Not in the current static site implementation.

Where should privacy questions go?

Email inquiries@hiperfusion.com with “RapidRFQ privacy” in the subject line.

Does this cover a customer installation?

No. A deployed shop controls its RapidRFQ environment and should document its own data-handling practices.

Protect the evaluation

Ask before sending sensitive manufacturing files.

We can establish the appropriate evaluation and data-handling path before confidential CAD, drawings, or quote history are shared.
